COSTUME RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Availability & Approval
All costume rentals are subject to availability and approval by JT Studio Atelier. Each request is reviewed individually to ensure the costume is suitable for the intended use, environment, and performer.
Submission of a rental inquiry does not guarantee availability or acceptance.

2. Rental Period
The rental period begins on the agreed dispatch or collection date and ends on the agreed return date. Late returns may incur additional fees.
Any extension of the rental period must be approved in writing prior to the original return date.

3. Usage Restrictions
Costumes may only be used for the purpose and context specified in the approved rental agreement.
Any changes in usage (e.g. public interaction, stunts, extended wear, additional performers) must be communicated and approved in advance.
Costumes may not be altered, modified, or adapted without written consent.

4. Care & Handling
The renter agrees to handle all costumes with care and follow any provided usage or handling guidelines.
Costumes must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear agreed upon in advance.
Cleaning, repairs, or restoration required due to misuse or damage will be charged accordingly.

5. Damage, Loss & Responsibility
The renter assumes full responsibility for the costume during the rental period, including loss, theft, or damage.
In the event of damage beyond normal wear, repair or replacement costs will be assessed by JT Studio Atelier and charged to the renter.

6. Shipping & Logistics
Shipping costs, customs fees, taxes, and insurance (if required) are the responsibility of the renter unless otherwise agreed.
JT Studio Atelier ships worldwide. International rentals must allow sufficient time for customs clearance and return transit.

7. Insurance (If Required)
For certain projects, JT Studio Atelier may require proof of insurance covering the full replacement value of the rented costume.

8. Cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing and preparation already undertaken.

9. Credits & Usage Rights
Unless otherwise agreed, JT Studio Atelier retains full ownership of all costumes.
Credit to JT Studio Atelier is appreciated when appropriate, particularly for public-facing or media content.

10. Acceptance
By confirming a rental, the renter acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
